“Deep roots” recognizes that each of us is more than an individual and we are also more than what is seen above the surface. We are each deeply connected to those around us and our environment. Our health (and the health of our families) is deeply rooted in our beliefs about ourselves, our spirituality, our nutritional health, and in our support systems.

Strong beginnings

The word “eden” means “delight” and refers to a place of vibrant strength and growth. This state of love, joy, and growth is what we most desire and strive towards for you and your family. We acknowledge the strength and beauty of birth and respect its far-reaching, life-changing power in each family’s life, for better or worse. Each journey is different and unpredictable, but our goal is to walk your path with you one step at a time.
